Do I Need a Power Flush?

If your radiators aren’t heating properly, your boiler is making unusual noises, or your central heating just doesn’t perform like it used to, your system could be suffering from a build-up of sludge and debris.

Over time, corrosion inside your radiators and pipework creates a black magnetic sludge. This sludge restricts water flow, reducing the efficiency of your heating system and forcing your boiler to work much harder than it should.

Is a power flush always necessary?

A chemical flush is a lighter cleaning of the system. We use the pump on the boiler to circulate and clean the system during a chemical flush rather than a high pressured power flushing pump.
