We are a friendly & professional plumbing & heating company

Flush Plumbing and Heating Limited is a professional plumbing and heating company run by a proud and dedicated Yorkshireman Adam Burton who likes to exceed expectations. We have 20 years of experience in the industry, are Gas Safe (formerly known as Corgi) registered and have a broad understanding of both modern and traditional installations.

We pride ourselves on our high standards and, starting out in West Yorkshire, Flush Plumbing & Heating quickly picked up a reputation for transparent pricing, efficient job turnarounds and polite and reliable communications at every stage. This means we soon picked up rolling contracts with estate agents and building contractors and also became a go-to company for many domestic clients around the county and across the north.

In 2012, Flush Plumbing & Heating relocated to London and soon established itself despite fierce competition: what sets us apart is our dedication to friendly service, for turning up on time and getting the job done as promised. 10+ years after arriving in the capital of London, Flush Plumbing & Heating has built up a stable customer base which is constantly growing. We now have a small team of engineers who specialise in boiler installations, minor heating and plumbing repairs, and gas work. We also have a managed office meaning you always have a point of contact no matter what the enquiry.

We provide a healthy and reliable service covering hundreds of properties in a quick and efficient manner. We cover everything from very simple repair work to full central heating systems. We also provide boiler services and landlord certificates at very competitive prices.

Company Values

We’re a charitable and caring company. We donate a percentage of profits to St Mungo’s homeless charity who help look after the homeless people in our city. It came to us that during the most profitable winter months where the company thrives, the unfortunate ones living on our streets are suffering the most. We then decided it would be nice for us to donate a small percentage of our profits to help these people. 

We are keen to keep up to date with environmentally friendly developments in the industry. This means it will be encouraged to further the education of our engineers when and as required. We keep a close eye on the developments of hydrogen gas boilers as we strongly believe these zero carbon boilers will be critical to help the government reach it’s zero carbon goals in London. We are also looking into MCS accreditation and will be exploring the possibility of installing Air source heat pumps if council guidelines are eased. We are keen to ensure we have the correct workforce in place when and as the industry progresses.

All our paper work is carried out digitally, we don’t use any paper for quotes, invoices and certificates. This streamlines our engineer and customer experience. 

We also like our engineers to keep up to date with new products. We fully support them taking time to learn about any new developments from the manufactures we work with.  

We believe in the correct life/work balance, overtime is never forced onto our employees and only provided if requested and it’s available. We would prefer if our engineers spend their weekends and evenings at home with their family or friends. We believe that a healthy mind and life will result in better productivity at work. 

We don’t have sales targets. We pride ourselves on providing a fantastic customer service and being honest and crystal clear with our customers. We don’t pressure our engineers to sell more services - instead we like to give the clients options if further work is required. 

We accept payments by all major credit and debit cards including AMEX. We also accept PayPal. We believe in working towards a cashless society. We would never ask our engineers to carry cash or our clients to pay this way either.
