Power Flushing
Please see below for how we charge for power flushing your heating system.
To power flush a heating system it’s £500+VAT up to 6 Radiators. We then charge £30+VAT for every additional radiator. This includes use of the power flushing machine and the cleaning chemicals used.

Central heating surveys - This checks the performance of your heating system and calibrates it to perform to your requirements. A detailed report is provided.

PAYMENT
Payment will never be asked for upfront, and instead can be made on completion either by card on-site or later via BACS, and we also accept cash if preferred. We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and provide full invoices on completion.
For all of you who benefit from an American Express card, you can now get points for plumbing!! We happily accept Amex for our works and it means you can turn your pipework problems into points.
GUARANTEE
We strive to ensure all work is done to the highest possible standards. However, should a fault occur, for peace of mind we do provide a guarantee on all labour and parts for 12 months. We also provide a detailed invoice on each job, with a breakdown of all parts, so customers can reference this should a fault occur. COMPLAINTS
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we have access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact Which? Trusted Traders on 029 2267 0040.
