For minor drainage issues which only affect one appliance, we would use a plumber as these blockages can usually be removed by using a water vacuum or strong chemicals so please see our plumbing rates if you believe its a minor issue.

For more complex blockages which effect the toilet or the main drains then we have certified drainage engineers who have all the correct tools and equipment to be able to asses and repair the Drainage as cost-effective as possible. This sometimes involves using a high-resolution CCTV camera which is inserted into the drain for clear inspection.
